When you and your teammates are done exploring the ins and outs of the great sport of Water polo you start practice by swimming. Usually a team swims roughly 2500 or more yards depending on how long practice is. Then as a team you warm up your legs, by doing egg beater drills and lunges, etc. Once the body and legs are warm you warm up your arms by passing the ball. From there you do shooting drills and technique work to perfect your water polo skills. Then go into offensive and defensive work and the practice can end with a scrimmage or with just a cool down.
From learning some of the skills and rules of the game you and your teammates are now a fully functional team and are ready for action.
